Die Fundamente stammen von Dülmens Bebauung (links Herzog von Croÿ’sche Verwaltung (Rentei), hinten rechts Kloster Agnetenberg) vor dem Zweiten Weltkrieg, an der Stelle wurde das ehemalige KiK-/Woolworth-Gebäude 2016 abgerissen.
